Gina Boswell is such a “gem” it’s no surprise to me that she’s now leading “the jewel in Unilever’s crown” as the head of the UK & Ireland. The blending of a warm, grounded personality with a keen intellect and strong drive to achieve is just a wonderful and highly impactful combination. Despite sometimes losing the “dual career battle” with her husband, she has managed to go from strength to strength, leading countless beauty brands and businesses in the US and around the world - including senior roles at Estee Lauder, Avon, Alberto Culver and now Unilever. She is someone anyone would be lucky to have as a friend; proud to have as a partner; and grateful to have as a colleague. This is an interview you don’t want to miss.
