By any measure, Mary Baglivo has had an impressive career in the advertising and marketing field. She’s been a CEO, CMO, COO, and Board Chair - most more than once. For nearly a decade, she led Saatchi & Saatchi Americas, as CEO and later as Chairman and CEO. Then, three years ago, instead of just resting on her laurels, to the surprise of many, she raised her hand for a move from the Board of Directors to CMO at Northwestern University.
