I loved this interview and the tips Kim offered. I (and another friend) have a question on the leadership topic. Some people seem to be born leaders others have had to learn these skills. I count myself in the second group. As I've transitioned from middle management to senior leadership positions, I've found the pulls are greater and it is hard to keep the connection with staff, managers, etc. to keep them excited, engaged and motivated, even with clear vision and defined goals.
I'd love to hear any thoughts on building/learning leadership capacity that motivate people to want to maintain the creativity and effort needed to be successful personally and to meet business goals?
